Our website is an awards resource. You can view details of items and get prices to prepare your order. Because of the many options available on our products, it's best to call us to place your order. A knowledgeable sales representative will take the information needed to insure that your order is accurately produced and shipped.
Your sales representative will ask you to fax or email your text. We guarantee the engraving on any text that is supplied in an easily read, typed format. Handwritten text is also accepted, but not guaranteed.
Payment Terms
All orders are due on receipt unless prior credit has been established. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, checks and cash.
Scheduling
Normal production time for most items is 5 working days. If you need your order sooner, please contact us for availability and any production rush charges.
Shipping
We ship by United Parcel Service (UPS). Estimated shipping charges are available upon request .

Sizes of Items
It's a good idea to use a ruler to help visualize the size of the items you are ordering. Most trophy figures are around five inches tall. Some figures are shorter or taller and thus will impact the actual trophy height.
Counting Words
A word is any text (letter or number), written in proper English, that has a space on each side of it.
Examples:
10-17-08 = 1 word
October 17, 2008 = 3 words
Jack Smith = 2 words
Words are $0.25 each, except on medals they're $0.10 each. Some items include 4-8 free words. In that case, the above word charge applies only to additional words.
Our Guarantee
Your order is guaranteed to be free of damage and engraved correctly if the engraving was supplied to us in typed format. If you need to file a claim for either of these reasons, call us between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm CST Monday-Friday at 800-898-2312 or 316-265-2312.
Refund Policy
No merchandise may be returned for credit or replacement without prior written permission. There is a 15% restocking fee on unengraved items. Personalized items may not be returned for credit.
